Kenya Lawyer Sues Israel Over The Death of Jesus Christ

ShowImage
A Kenyan lawyer has filed a petition with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, suggesting that the trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ was unlawful, and The State of Israel among others should be held responsible, Kenyan news outlet the Nairobian reported on Friday.
Dola Indidis, a lawyer and former spokesman of the Kenyan Judiciary is reportedly attempting to sue Tiberius (Emperor of Rome 42 BC-37AD), Pontius Pilate, a selection of Jewish elders, King Herod, the Republic of Italy and the State of Israel.
“Evidence today is on record in the bible, and you cannot discredit the bible,” Indidis told Kenyan Citizen News.
Yes, those he suggests should have been convicted during the original trial have not been alive for more than 2000 years, however Indidis insists that the government for whom they acted can and should still be held responsible.
“I filed the case because it’s my duty to upholdthe dignity of Jesus and I have gone to the ICJ to seek justice for the man from Nazareth,” Indidid told the Nairobian. “His selective and malicious prosecution violated his human rights through judicial misconduct, abuse of office bias and prejudice.”
Indidis apparently named the states of Italy and Israel in the lawsuit because upon the attainment of independence, the two states incorporated the laws of the Roman Empire, those in force at the time of the Crucifixion.
He is challenging the mode of questioning used during Jesus’ trial, prosecution, hearing and sentencing; the form of punishment meted out on him while undergoing judicial proceedings and the substance of the information used to convict him.
The case was first filed in the High Court in Nairobi, but was rejected. Indidis had then applied to have it heard at the ICJ, which, the Kenyan news website Standard Media(SDE) reported constituted a pre-trial panel that would consider his case.
Indidis says he wants to establish what crime Jesus was charged with and prays that the court decides “that the proceedings before the Roman courts were a nullity in law for they did not conform to the rule of law at the material time and any time thereafter.”
“Some of those present spat in his face, struck him with their fists, slapped him, taunted him, and pronounced him worthy of death,” Indidis also told SDE.
When Jesus died, Indidis insists he was not given an opportunity to be heard. “I am suing as a friend,” he said.
Indidis insisted on the validity of his case, saying “I know with a matter of fact and truth we have a good case with a high probability of success and I hope it is done in my lifetime.”
When asked about the case, a spokesperson from the IJC told legal news website Legal Cheek, “The ICJ has no jurisdiction for such a case. The ICJ settles disputes between states. It is not even theoretically possible for us to consider this case.”

Osita Iheme says...I'm nt a small boy

ositaihm
Size, to Osita Iheme, the midget actor, is all about image. The Nollywood actor popularly called Pawpaw frowned at people who see him as a small boy.
Recently, in an interview, Osita bemoaned the how people viewed him.
He expressed his disappointment about people seeing him as a child, hear him, “If you are a child in a drama, in real life you are not a child. You don’t need to behave like a child. Yes, a lot of people mistake me for a child in real life, but that is their problem. I am not a child. I don’t think I look like a child. I don’t allow that to bother me because I am not seeing it.
People can see me and take me as a child, but that person is not with his senses because from the way I dress, the way I look, I don’t think I am looking like a child. People can meet me at first and have a spontaneous reaction of seeing a child but when they sit down and look very well, they would understand that I am not a child.”
It is doubtful that anyone would disagree with him considering all his achievements.

Snake with foot

Dean Qiongxiu, 66, said she discovered the reptile clinging to the wall of her bedroom with its talons in the middle of the night.
“I woke up and heard a strange scratching sound. I turned on the light and saw this monster working its way along the wall using his claw,” said Mrs Duan of Suining, southwest China.
Mrs Duan said she was so scared she grabbed a shoe and beat the snake to death before preserving its body in a bottle of alcohol.
The snake – 16 inches long and the thickness of a little finger – is now being studied at the Life Sciences Department at China’s West Normal University in Nanchang.
Snake expert Long Shuai said: “It is truly shocking but we won’t know the cause until we’ve conducted an autopsy.”
A more common mutation among snakes is the growth of a second head, which occurs in a similar way to the formation of Siamese twins in humans.
Such animals are often caught and preserved as lucky tokens but have very little chance of surviving in the wild anyway, especially as the heads have a tendency to attack each othersnake_1480967c

A 27 Year Old man killed by friend over mobile phone charger

A 27-year-old man was killed by his friend, weekend, over the ownership of a mobile phone charger.

The tragedy occurred at Isapodo area of Ijebu-Ife, in Ijebu North-East Local Government Area of Ogun State on Sunday.

The victim, Mr Dele Oje, described as an easy going person by his neighbours, was said to have been allegedly killed by his friend, simply identified as Muyideen after the latter requested for a phone charger from the former.

Investigations revealed that Oje had earlier argued with his friend over who owned the charger minutes before he was killed.

Shortly before his death, an argument had ensued between the duo, prompting neighbours in the two-storey building to intervene.

Unfortunately, the neighbours had barely left the scene of the argument, when Dele’s friend descendedon him as the deceased attempted to have his breakfast and slashed his throat with a sharp object.

A neighbour of the deceased who did not want to be named, narrated what she described as an unfortunate incident, said: “We had earlier settled a seeming quarrel between the friends over the ownership of a telephone charger when Muyideen killedhis friend’’.

‘We got there later only to seeblood stains on the wall and floor of the building, an indication that Oje had attempted to escape from his assailant’’.

Another resident who identified himself as AbayomiOyeyemi also said that after the murder, Muyideen fled only to be fished out in a near-by bush, three hours after.

The body has been deposited at the Ijebu-Ode General Hospital mortuary while Muyideen who was arrested by the youths in the community had been handed over to police at the Ogbere division.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Muyiwa Adejobi, who said he was yet to be briefed by the Ogbere Divisional Police Officer, added that he did nothave details of the incident.
