Apple Unveils Cheaper iPhone 5C & iPhone 5S flagship

Apple has finally unveiled the much talked about low cost iPhone, the iPhone 5C. The new smart phone will enable iPhone compete better in emerging markets. The company also announced her new flagship, the iPhone 5S, which among other things features a built-in fingerprint scanner for unlocking phone and authenticating apps purchases.

Etisalat Deploys Easyblaze 3G HSPA+ Internet in Nigeria up to 42Mbps

Lagos, Nigeria: Etisalat Nigeria has introduced its high speed Broadband internet service, called Easyblaze to its customers in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Kaduna, Zaria, Warri, Enugu, Aba, Awka, Nnewi, Onitsha and Benin. The rollout of the High Speed Packet Access (HSPA+) 3.75G technology offering speeds up to 42Mbps allows etisalat subscribers achieve high speed internet access, faster file downloads, video calling and streaming and other related activities.

 
 

Etisalat Launches DotMe, an Innovative SMS-based Notice Board Service

Lagos, Nigeria: Etisalat Nigeria has once again made good its promise to continue to provide its customers with innovative telecommunications solutions. This followed the launch of its newest service known as DotMe, an sms-based message service that enables etisalat mobile phone subscribers to publish information on their mobile number via SMS while on the go. Etisalat is the only network in Nigeria, and the first in the world to launch such an innovative service.
 

HTC Anounces the HTC Titan, Running Windows Phone 7

HTC recently announced a new phone called the Titan running Windows Phone 7.5 a.k.a Mango.
HTC Titan features a huge 4.7 inch display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.5GHz CPU and 512MB of RAM and there's 16GB of internal storage. It runs Microsoft's Windows Phone OS which centers around ease of use and simplicity.


 
 
 

Samsung Announces the Galaxy Note

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Note, a device that sits between a smartphone and a tablet. The Galaxy Note features a 5.3 inch HD Super AMOLED display with a 1280 x 800 display resolution. The Galaxy Note blurs the line between phone and tablet and the other device to do what Dell Streak didn't do so well when it was launched. So i'ld love to see how Samsung advertises and prices this device.




 
 
 

Samsung Announces New Bada Phones.

Coming off the heels of announcing some Android phones, Samsung has announced some new phones running their in-house Bada operating system.
The Bada operating system which was recently upgraded to version 2.0 packing new features like, improved UI, multitasking support, Near Field Communications, Wi-Fi sharing and voice recognition is specifically targeted for people that are new to using a smartphone offering simplicity and ease of use as its strong points.
